What is this role?
We are seeking a Director of Content Marketing to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is a senior-level leadership position for an experienced strategist who is ready to helm our marketing vision. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we present our instructors and classes to a global audience, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of cultural trends and educational innovation.
What will you do?
- Lead a talented team in the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that elevate our brand visibility and drive subscription growth.
- Collaborate with our Talent and Content departments to influence instructor selection and shape a content calendar that resonates with our members' needs.
- Partner with fellow marketing leaders to craft bold, culture-driven launch strategies that amplify our brand across specific channels.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a seasoned marketing strategist with a deep understanding of how to build narratives that inspire action. We are looking for someone who balances big-picture thinking with the ability to execute complex projects. Your background should include:
- Over 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
- A proven track record in consumer marketing and brand development, particularly within performance-driven environments.
- Significant experience working with top-tier celebrity talent and managing media buying strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence teams across Finance, Data, PR, and Creative departments.
- Fluency in English and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments with a positive, self-starting attitude.
