About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Video Editor to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this senior-level role, you will be a key player in our Creative Studio Marketing team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, including campaign assets, enterprise videos, and class launches. We are looking for a creative leader who can maintain our high filmmaking standards while delivering narratives that perform exceptionally well in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and execute high-quality video edits for marketing campaigns and class launches while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Lead and mentor fellow editors and motion graphics artists, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages creative growth.
- Partner with analytics teams to refine and optimize content based on performance data, ensuring every edit resonates with our audience while maintaining the integrity of our brand storytelling.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in video editing, with a specific focus on short-form marketing content and trailers.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, along with a deep understanding of post-production workflows and motion graphics.
- Proven ability to lead creative projects, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and creative directors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to adapt content based on performance insights.

This position is based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $171,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we provide equity and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible PTO.
