About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This mid-level position is central to our growth, as you will be responsible for managing the user journey and executing communication strategies across our various product offerings. You will work alongside a talented group of marketers and collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and data teams to deliver personalized experiences to our consumer audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized campaigns designed to boost user acquisition and long-term engagement.
- Oversee the lifecycle marketing process, including managing creative briefs, content direction, audience segmentation, and quality assurance.
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of your campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine our future strategies and experimentation efforts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a solid background in marketing and a passion for building customer-centric programs. We look for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency with major Email Service Providers, with experience in Iterable being a significant advantage.
- A strong technical foundation, including familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support campaign development.
- A proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to own the analysis of campaign performance.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 USD. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
