About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is essential for driving our global performance strategy, specifically focusing on the Google 360 Suite. You will be responsible for the operations and growth of our advertising channels, working as a self-starter to build and scale programs from the ground up while collaborating across various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer acquisition process by overseeing media implementation, budget allocation, performance reporting, and optimization for Display and Video 360.
- Lead and mentor performance marketing team members to build effective campaigns that drive revenue growth and channel efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, MarTech, and Analytics, to define technical requirements for data integrity, automation, and channel improvements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in paid marketing roles across various channels.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience utilizing the Google 360 Suite, with a specific focus on DV360.
- At least 1 year of direct experience managing a performance marketing team.
- Expert-level knowledge of self-serve ad platforms and industry trends in bidding, targeting, and creative strategy.
- Proven ability to present strategic insights and performance results to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in A/B testing, incrementality testing, and regression analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a track record of scaling new channels in a growth-oriented environment.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site work arrangement.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $129,000 to $145,000 USD. In addition to base compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:
