What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Software Project Coordinator to join us for a 10-month full-time contract. This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient development lifecycle and ensuring our high-quality products reach our customers on schedule. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones and dependencies are successfully met.
• Utilizing project management platforms to track tasks, phases, and key dates from the initial kickoff through to final deployment.
• Acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders to communicate status updates and manage project documentation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who can listen, speak, and write with precision. You should be comfortable working across departments, including coordinating with developers and leadership to document requirements and hit deadlines. We value individuals who can multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize action items effectively. While not strictly required, experience with Confluence or GitHub is a significant asset. A familiarity with the MacOS and Apple Product Suite is also considered a plus for this position.
