What you bring

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity from anywhere. You will report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely with our product team to design and implement end-to-end solutions. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale and support enterprise-level clients in the fintech and payroll space.

• Lead the development and improvement of our tax management stack and payroll migration processes.
• Design and implement REST APIs and database schemas while maintaining high code quality through rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with founders and product designers to translate user needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical features.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of professional software engineering experience, ideally within a startup environment. You should be highly proficient in React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, and AWS. It is essential that you have experience working with design systems and building quality tests using frameworks like Jest. Beyond technical skills, you should be a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings and possesses a deep commitment to building products that users truly love. Proficiency in English is required.

What we offer
