The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to help us build and refine the tools that power our Insights product. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for candidates based in the USA. You will work within a cross-functional team of four, contributing to the design of new features and integrations while ensuring our systems remain performant and reliable. This position is perfect for someone who wants to flex their technical muscles in a scaling environment, delivering software that amplifies the voices of employees across the globe.
A day in the life
- Collaborate with your cross-functional team to design and implement complex technical solutions that align with our broader business objectives.
- Write clean, reusable Python code while utilizing scripting and unit testing to maintain high performance and reliability standards.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide assessments to help drive the architectural direction of our platform as we continue to grow.
Who you are
You are a backend developer with 3 to 5 plus years of experience, and you have a deep passion for building high-quality, database-driven applications. You are a must-have expert in Python, and you understand what it takes to optimize applications for scale. You are comfortable working in a remote, distributed environment and value the diverse perspectives that your teammates bring to the table. You are authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship, and you possess a proven track record of delivering excellent work in a fast-paced setting.
