What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who thrives in a high-ownership environment and wants to drive innovation within our critical product domains. You will be responsible for shaping our vision and ensuring we deliver meaningful outcomes for our patients.

• Lead the end-to-end execution of our product roadmap by translating strategy into actionable plans and managing sprint priorities.
• Drive the discovery process for complex initiatives, which includes validating solutions and turning insights into clear product strategies.
• Analyze product performance using data to inform future investments and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, ideally within the digital health, healthcare, or EHR sectors. You should be highly proficient in English and comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced startup environment. We value candidates who possess strong product intuition and the ability to balance user needs with technical constraints. You should be skilled at using data tools like SQL, Looker, and Retool to guide your decision-making process. Beyond your technical abilities, we look for excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, legal teams, and engineers.

What we offer
