About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the design vision and user experience for our telehealth platform. You will take ownership of critical product initiatives, acting as a strategic partner to our product and engineering teams to shape the future of how our patients and providers interact with our services. This position is perfect for a design leader who enjoys working in a high-growth environment and is passionate about building innovative healthcare solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives across multiple product areas, ensuring a high standard of craftsmanship and user-centric thinking from discovery through delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to define our product roadmap, user experience strategy, and overall vision.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level designers, fostering their professional growth while advocating for design excellence and accessibility across the entire organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in product or UX design, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years in a lead or principal capacity.
• A robust portfolio that showcases your ability to design B2C products for both web and mobile platforms.
• Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• A deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and the maintenance of scalable design systems.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is considered a significant asset.

Location

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $151,000 to $166,000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being:
