What is this role?
We are looking for a Product Manager for Growth to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help us scale our telehealth platform. You will work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. while helping us revolutionize how patients access the care they deserve.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our company vision, while managing a dynamic roadmap based on market trends and user feedback.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and clinical operations, to conceptualize and implement high-impact features.
- Utilize data analysis to evaluate product performance, ensuring that every decision is driven by insights that improve the user experience and support our business goals.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a collaborative problem-solver with a strong background in product management. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in software product management, ideally within a DTC, B2C, or marketing tech environment.
- A proven ability to translate complex data and user insights into actionable product strategies using tools like Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate the nuances of data privacy and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.
- A critical thinking mindset that allows you to adapt quickly and work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency in English.
