Senior Product Designer at Career-puck

We started Puck because we believe the hiring process has become too transactional. By replacing simple checkboxes with audio clips and analytics, we are building a more human way for companies to showcase their culture and find the right people. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us shape the future of recruitment. You will report directly to our Co-Founder and CEO, working in a hybrid capacity from our office in San Francisco.

What you'll be doing

• You will conduct deep user research to uncover the attitudes and behaviors of our customers, using those insights to drive product innovation.
• You will own the design process from start to finish, including creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma.
• You will act as a steward of our brand identity by collaborating with the team to produce high-quality marketing materials, sales decks, and social assets.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have 5 to 8 years of professional design experience and a strong desire to build within an early-stage startup environment. We are looking for someone who is based in the SF Bay Area and possesses the following qualifications:

• A portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of visual and interaction design basics.
• Deep proficiency with Figma and modern product development tools.
• A strong understanding of visual elements like typography, layout, and color.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A naturally curious mindset with a humble approach to learning and collaboration.
• Fluency in English.
