Senior Product Designer at Career-puck

We are Puck, and we are on a mission to bring a more human touch to the hiring process. While modern technology often reduces candidates to simple checkboxes, we believe in highlighting the unique culture and character of every team. By utilizing audio clips and advanced analytics, we help companies create engaging content that attracts the right talent. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will report directly to our Co-Founder and CEO, playing a pivotal role in shaping our product and brand identity while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough user research to gain deep insights into the behaviors and emotions of our users, which will directly inform our product innovation.
• Create everything from initial wireframes and interactive prototypes to high-fidelity visual designs that solve complex customer problems.
• Partner with our sales and marketing teams to develop branded assets, including sales decks and marketing materials, while maintaining a cohesive look and feel for the Puck brand.

Requirements

• You have 5 to 8 years of professional design experience and a portfolio that showcases your mastery of visual and interaction design.
• You are based in the SF Bay Area and possess a strong desire to contribute to an early-stage startup environment.
• You are proficient with Figma and modern product development tools, and you have a solid grasp of layout, typography, and color theory.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a humble attitude, and a natural curiosity that drives you to keep learning.
• You have a proven ability to manage your time effectively, multitask, and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.
