The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Care Delivery team. This is a highly visible role where you will build the essential tools that allow our clinicians to provide top-tier care. From managing complex prescribing processes and prior authorizations to refining the daily workflows our team relies on, your work will directly influence the patient experience and the efficiency of our practice. You will report to our Lead Product Manager for Care Delivery and have the autonomy to help us scale our operations as we grow. We need someone who is energized by solving multi-stakeholder problems and who views AI as a practical tool for innovation rather than just a buzzword.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with clinical leadership to identify and prioritize essential workflows, translating complex business needs into clear product requirements and functional specifications.
• You will partner with our engineering, design, and operations teams to ship high-impact tools, while facilitating sprint planning and backlog grooming to keep everyone aligned.
• You will proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into our systems to reduce administrative burdens, ensuring that our clinical team can spend more time focusing on patient outcomes.

Who you are

You are a seasoned product professional with at least five years of experience building enterprise-grade tools that handle complex, multi-system workflows. You are comfortable navigating technical challenges, such as API integrations, and you have a proven track record of owning a product area from initial strategy through to successful adoption. You communicate clearly in a remote-first environment and are comfortable bringing structure to the fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous nature of a growing startup. Ideally, you have experience in the healthcare or virtual care space, and you are genuinely passionate about making compassionate, evidence-based medicine more accessible to those who need it.
