What you'll be doing

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for our commercial solar and storage marketplace by balancing user feedback, business goals, and clear success metrics.
• Guide features from initial discovery through to implementation-ready prototypes, ensuring engineers have the clarity they need to build effectively.
• Act as the primary bridge between Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to synthesize competing inputs and drive aligned, high-impact decisions.

What you'll bring

You are a senior-level professional with at least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a high-growth startup. You possess a strong visual and UX sensibility, and you are highly proficient in using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research and development. Your background includes a track record of owning end-to-end product cycles, and you are comfortable working in a remote, English-speaking environment. You are a skilled writer who can translate complex business needs into clear, actionable prose, and you have a genuine interest in conducting user research to inform your product strategy. Experience with two-sided marketplaces or complex transaction-based businesses is a plus, as is a history of building a product practice from the ground up.

What you'll get

We offer a base salary range of $172,000 to $215,000, along with equity participation and an annual company performance bonus.
