We believe in building diverse teams where people from all backgrounds feel they belong. The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be the engine behind our data-driven decision-making process. You will dive deep into our marketing spend, channel performance, and customer behavior to uncover insights that help us grow. By bridging the gap between raw data and strategic action, you will help us optimize our marketing efforts and ensure we are delivering the best possible experience to our users.
A day in the life
- You will conduct exploratory data analysis to spot trends and identify new opportunities to optimize our marketing campaigns and overall strategy.
- You will partner with our marketing and engineering teams to build clean data models and define our experimentation roadmap.
- You will translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable stories that help both technical and non-technical stakeholders make informed business decisions.
Who you are
You are a seasoned analyst who thrives on solving problems and taking ownership of your work. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and are always looking for ways to improve our processes. We are looking for someone with the following background:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an analyst role.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with Python skills being a significant plus.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
- A solid grasp of marketing analytics methodologies and experimentation statistics.
- The ability to prioritize opportunities even when things are ambiguous.
Please note that you must have legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. We support a hybrid work model and are open to candidates across the country, though we are currently unable to support employees based in California, Massachusetts, New York, or New Jersey.

- A flexible hybrid or remote work environment.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
