We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of our affiliate program, including partner discovery, onboarding, and ongoing engagement to ensure strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to scale our affiliate channels, focusing on driving high-quality traffic that aligns with our broader business goals.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities, providing regular insights to leadership and collaborating across teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Two to four years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on performance, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies for campaign optimization.
- Proficiency with standard business tools such as G Suite and Microsoft Office, paired with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively alongside cross-functional teams.
