- You will collaborate with our Product team to prioritize data support requests, assisting digital campaigning staff with tasks like email targeting, data segmentation, and partner data integration.
- You will take ownership of data quality by maintaining clean, well-structured databases and designing processes that ensure high accuracy across all our reporting systems.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least four years of experience in data management and analytics. You possess a strong technical foundation and a collaborative spirit. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Excellent proficiency in SQL, ideally with experience across multiple variants.
- A solid grasp of statistical concepts, including sample size, confidence intervals, and significance.
- Strong skills in spreadsheet manipulation and formula writing for one-off dataset analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated sensitivity to different cultural communication styles.
- A commitment to racial justice and equity, which informs how you approach your work and team interactions.
- Fluency in English.
Why you'll love it here

As a member of our team, you will enjoy the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute to our mission from various locations where we operate. We believe that our diverse team is our greatest strength, and we strive to ensure that every staff member feels valued, heard, and empowered to do their best work in the fight for our planet.
