What you bring
As our Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of our customer retention and expansion strategies in this full-time, remote role. You will work from anywhere to ensure our users remain engaged and loyal to our security solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that boost customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Managing key engagement initiatives, including customer advisory boards and our quarterly newsletter.
- Developing high-impact content such as case studies, video testimonials, and customer-focused blog posts to showcase our value.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have at least eight years of professional experience, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Success in this role requires a strong command of CRM and marketing automation tools, along with exceptional analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness. You must be a clear communicator and a skilled writer who can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
