The role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position that offers a unique opportunity to be our first in-house SDR. You will play a foundational role in building our prospecting processes from the ground up, acting as the primary point of contact for new leads and driving the demand that fuels our sales pipeline. This role requires availability to work during US Eastern Time (EST) hours.

Core responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lead-to-sales prospecting process, including managing inbound leads and executing outbound campaigns to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine our value proposition, optimize call scripts, and improve our overall sales playbooks.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM and analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights and forecasts to senior management.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS SDR or B2B sales role with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Native-level proficiency in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, simple language.
  • Strong technical familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience with Salesforce is considered a plus.
  • A self-driven, charismatic, and goal-oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence.
  • Prior experience with content marketing or advertising campaigns is an advantage.
