WINT Water Intelligence is a leader in sustainability, using artificial intelligence and IoT technology to help industrial manufacturers, construction sites, and commercial facilities prevent water waste and leak damage. Recognized by Fast Company and CB Insights as a top innovator, we are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team remotely and help us build our internal sales processes from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to generate demand and uncover new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while identifying key decision-makers.
- Manage the full lead-to-sales prospecting process, including responding to inbound leads via phone and email.
- Schedule discovery and introductory calls for our Account Executives and Sales Directors.
- Refine our sales pitch and messaging to highlight our unique value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records and track performance metrics within our CRM.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize our sales playbooks and call scripts.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS SDR role, specifically within B2B sales.
- A proven history of exceeding quarterly quotas with a proactive, hunter-like mindset.
- Native-level proficiency in English.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Availability to work during US EST hours.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Background in content marketing programs or advertising media campaigns.
