The opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to bridge the gap between our marketing initiatives and our sales success. In this senior role, you will build and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects for our North America sales organization. You will report directly to our Global VP of Marketing, playing an essential part in our growth as a dynamic startup. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the chance to own both individual and team quotas while shaping our outbound strategy.
A day in the life
- You will recruit, train, and mentor a talented group of Sales Development Representatives, fostering a culture that is both collaborative and results-driven.
- You will design and execute strategic playbooks for lead generation, working closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize the entire funnel.
- You will utilize advanced CRM and automation tools to streamline our workflows, ensuring that every lead is handled with precision and efficiency.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales development within the software industry, and you have a proven history of exceeding your targets. You bring strong leadership experience, having managed teams of at least three representatives, and you know how to inspire others to reach their full potential. Because you will be working with our North American teams, you must be a native English speaker with excellent communication skills. You are tech-savvy, comfortable navigating tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo. Most importantly, you are a charismatic, goal-oriented leader who thrives under pressure and is willing to travel domestically when needed.
