Regulatory Writer at Weave

At Weave, we are dedicated to accelerating the journey of therapeutics to the market by leveraging the speed of artificial intelligence, starting with Investigational New Drug applications. We are currently looking for a senior-level Regulatory Writer to join our Customer Success team and report directly to our Chief Product Officer. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional medical writing. We are developing an AI-powered platform called AutoIND to automate regulatory filing preparation, and we need your expertise to help us refine this technology while providing essential support to our clients.

• Collaborate effectively: You will work within a diverse, high-trust team where clear communication is essential to our collective success.
• Provide white-glove service: You will bridge the gap between AI generation and final submission, performing the expert writing and editing necessary to ensure our customers reach the finish line.
• Refine our technology: By annotating AI-generated content and providing expert feedback, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing evolution and improvement of our platform.
• Support sales initiatives: You will assist our sales team by answering technical questions, engaging with prospective clients, and contributing to proposal development.
• Drive business growth: You will focus on maintaining lean, efficient processes that deliver high-impact results to help our business thrive.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in technical, scientific, or medical writing.
• Proven, hands-on experience contributing to multiple successful initial IND submissions, gained through work at therapeutics companies, CROs, or CDMOs.
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: non-clinical, CMC, or clinical writing, with a working knowledge of the others.
• An advanced degree is required, with a PhD in life sciences preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• A tech-forward mindset with the ability to integrate SaaS tools and AI concepts into your daily workflow.
• A pragmatic approach to strategy, balancing the need for speed with high-quality outcomes.
• The ability to work independently while remaining a dedicated and communicative team player.
