We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. At Sila Services, we operate as one of the nation's fastest-growing platforms for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. As a private equity-backed organization in a rapid acquisition phase, we need a high-impact professional to own the marketing strategy and execution for our Mid-Atlantic region. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive growth, optimize channel efficiency, and leverage data to ensure our brands remain competitive and successful.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with the financial performance goals of our regional companies.
- Collaborate with General Managers and the Regional VP to implement effective advertising and lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, along with at least 5 years of experience in developing complex marketing programs that deliver measurable revenue results. We value candidates who have a background in HVAC or in-home services. You must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in CRM tools, Adobe Suite, and general marketing automation software. Additionally, you should be a proactive project manager who is comfortable working independently and capable of traveling within the region approximately 10% of the time.
