Role at a glance
We are seeking a mid-level Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the New England region, where you will support our various brands by executing high-impact campaigns. You will work closely with regional leadership to drive growth, manage budgets, and ensure our marketing efforts consistently deliver measurable results.
Your impact
- Execute regional marketing plans by managing a mix of digital and traditional channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email, to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Own the marketing budget for your assigned brands, ensuring every dollar is allocated strategically to maximize performance and return on ad spend.
- Analyze and optimize performance by developing KPI scorecards and providing actionable insights that help us refine our approach and hit our revenue targets.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a passion for innovation. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within multi-location home services or franchised businesses.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across diverse advertising channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to thrive under shifting deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing automation software.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- The ability to travel within the region 10 to 20 percent of the time.
