What you'll be doing

• You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, from gathering initial business requirements and defining functional specifications to coordinating cross-functional execution and ensuring all deliverables meet our high quality standards.
• You will act as the primary bridge between our commercial teams, business partners, and technical staff, facilitating workshops and status meetings to align goals, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive projects to completion on time.
• You will oversee the user acceptance testing process and design reviews, ensuring that the final products are functional, user-friendly, and fully supported by comprehensive adoption and training plans.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in project management and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally supported by a bachelor's degree or a PMP certification.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to effectively unite different departments and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to independently pull and interpret data sets to inform your decision-making.
• A customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to drive change, build effective teams, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluency in English is required for this role.
