What is this role?
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that operates in a remote capacity. You will be responsible for growing our short-term rental inventory by selling our property management solutions to homeowners within your assigned territory. Please note that while this is a remote role, you must be located full-time on the island of Kauai and hold the necessary professional licenses for this position.
What will you do?
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, cold calling, and conducting appointments through video conferencing or in-person meetings.
- Collaborate closely with our local operations and support teams to ensure our property owners are satisfied and well-supported.
- Maintain accurate records of your sales pipeline and activities by consistently logging all interactions in our company CRM.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, coachable, and grounded in ethical business practices. You should be comfortable acting as a consultant to homeowners and building long-term, trusting relationships. Proficiency with G Suite and cloud-based tools is essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly to new information. Because this role involves frequent travel within your market, you must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver license, and appropriate auto liability insurance. While experience in real estate or property management is a plus, it is not strictly required if you have the right drive and aptitude.
