We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our remote team and help us advance our mission of turning hourly jobs into good jobs. You will play a pivotal role in positioning our AI-driven workforce management platform and supporting our strategic partnerships, specifically focusing on our growth and messaging within the EU market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to highlight our innovations and the joint value proposition we offer with partners like SAP.
- Act as the primary product marketing expert for the EU, ensuring our value proposition is clear and consistent across all global channels.
- Create and deliver engaging content, including webinars, blog posts, whitepapers, and product demonstrations, to support partner sales enablement and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate our product vision and technical differentiators.
- Conduct competitive research to inform our positioning and messaging strategies.
- Partner with our US-based team to drive product launches and support key initiatives with tailored collateral and training materials.
- Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure our messaging aligns with our fast-moving capabilities.
Must-haves
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the workforce management sector or the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, persona-based messaging.
- A robust understanding of the unique challenges faced by hourly employees.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate within global, cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience specifically positioning workforce management solutions.
- Background in enabling partners through targeted product messaging and content.
- Expertise in building high-quality, public-facing presentations for executive audiences, sales teams, or marketing events.
- A high level of curiosity and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
