We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team as the Director, Quality Assurance. What you'll be doing
- You will define and execute a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with our engineering goals, ensuring our cloud applications remain secure, scalable, and reliable.
- You will lead and mentor a global team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence while overseeing the implementation of automated testing and continuous integration processes.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design rigorous testing protocols, track performance metrics, and ensure full compliance with industry security standards.
What you'll bring
- You have 8 to 12 years of experience in cloud software testing, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- You possess 8 or more years of experience in a leadership role, specifically managing globally distributed teams.
- You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with testing tools and automation frameworks such as Selenium, Testrail, Sonarqube, and DAST.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English and have a deep understanding of cloud-based security and compliance requirements.
- Ideally, you bring experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, HCM or WFM solutions, and managing QA vendors.
