What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. You will take ownership of the product roadmap for our self-service recruiting platform and our API, ensuring that our technical solutions align with our business goals. This is a high-impact position for an experienced professional who is comfortable navigating the fast-paced environment of a growing tech company.
What will you do?
- Partner with our Product Lead to build and maintain a strategic roadmap for our recruiting platform and API that reflects both customer needs and our long-term business objectives.
- Manage the product backlog and track development progress using Jira, ensuring that our engineering, marketing, and sales teams stay aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
- Serve as a technical resource for third-party research partners to streamline API onboarding while driving overall product adoption through close collaboration with our go-to-market teams.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
- A strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
- Expertise in problem-solving and the ability to make data-driven decisions when faced with complex technical or business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders and work effectively across different departments.
- Proficiency in managing priorities and time in a fast-paced environment, specifically using tools like Jira.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have experience in product-led growth, B2B marketplaces, high-growth startups, AI/ML, or search algorithm logic.
