Role at a glance
We are looking for a Latam Ecosystem Lead to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position open to candidates anywhere who are ready to help us shape our strategy and build deep connections within the Latin American startup and developer communities.
Your impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecosystem strategy to grow our presence and foster successful web3 partnerships across Latin America.
- Actively recruit external development teams to build on the Aptos blockchain and provide them with the resources they need to scale quickly.
- Manage and support our community and incentive programs, including reviewing grant proposals and curating educational materials to grow the local developer community.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience working with startups or scale-ups, specifically within Web3 business development or marketing.
- A deep understanding of the current Layer 1 landscape and a genuine passion for blockchain technology.
- Strong analytical skills to set and track KPIs for various projects.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate our value proposition to diverse audiences.
