What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a vital role for someone with significant experience who is ready to take ownership of our digital presence and lead generation efforts. Because we operate across the United States, you will need to align your work hours with U.S. time zones.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies designed to increase our brand awareness and drive high-quality lead generation.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while coordinating with performance marketing agencies to maximize ROI.
- Analyze key performance indicators and conduct thorough keyword research to refine our SEO and PPC efforts, ensuring our content and landing pages are perfectly tuned for conversion.

To succeed in this position, you should bring a strong background in marketing and a high level of organization. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record in PPC and demand generation.
- Advanced proficiency in English, as all interviews and daily operations are conducted in this language.
- Strong technical skills in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and various CRM platforms.
- A solid understanding of SEO best practices, content management systems like WordPress, and budget management.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across different teams.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, and prior experience working within an agency or the accounting industry is considered a significant plus.
