We are currently seeking a dedicated Marketing Associate to join our remote team and help us continue our mission of fostering financial prosperity for our clients.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute social media strategies designed to elevate brand visibility, boost engagement, and increase website traffic.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, monitoring, and active community engagement.
- Conduct social listening to identify industry trends and cultivate new professional partnerships.
- Create and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our core business objectives.
- Optimize all digital content for SEO to maximize organic reach and search engine performance.
- Oversee the editorial process for freelance contributors and coordinate the production of high-quality blog posts, articles, press releases, and newsletters.
- Produce and curate multimedia content for platforms like YouTube and Spotify to strengthen our digital presence.
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
- Collaborate with internal design and development teams, as well as external agencies, to manage event marketing and public relations initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a content marketing or general marketing role.
- Exceptional writing and editing proficiency in both English and Turkish.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams.
- A creative mindset with a genuine passion for storytelling.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to following established operational procedures.
- Availability to work according to U.S. time zones.
- Willingness to travel as required by the needs of the business.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in online design tools, specifically Canva.
- Expertise in LinkedIn outbound marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
- Prior knowledge or experience within the accounting industry.
