If you are a technical professional with a passion for public-sector work and a desire to transition into a strategic leadership role, we would love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the growth of our municipal water practice, covering drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and water resources throughout the Northeast region.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, helping them navigate complex regulatory, funding, and infrastructure challenges while identifying new opportunities for partnership.
- You will collaborate with our technical and operations teams to develop winning proposals, manage project delivery, and ensure our solutions consistently meet client expectations.
What you'll bring
- You possess 10 to 20 years of experience in municipal water consulting, including work with wastewater, stormwater, or drinking water systems.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an accredited program.
- You have a deep understanding of the public-sector environment, including capital planning, procurement, municipal budgets, and regulatory drivers.
- You are a strong communicator who can build lasting relationships with utility directors, public works leaders, and other municipal stakeholders.
- You demonstrate a growth mindset with the ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and contribute to business development initiatives.
- You are proficient in English and comfortable working in a remote environment, with the ability to travel up to 20% of the time within the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions.

- Life and disability insurance coverage.
- A 401k retirement plan.
- Paid time off to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
