We're building the infrastructure layer that lets AI and Web3 work together at global scale. Subspace Network is a layer-zero protocol designed to plug into any layer-one chain, and our upcoming mainnet will power a radically decentralized proof-of-archival-storage blockchain backed by original research from the US National Science Foundation. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can turn that vision into day-to-day reality.
Role at a glance
Chief of AI Operations (COO) is a full-time, senior leadership position that can be performed from anywhere in the world. You will report directly to the CEO and sit on the executive team of an early-stage, venture-backed startup at the intersection of AI and Web3.
Your impact
- Embed AI tools and workflows across every department so operations stay lean, scalable, and ready for mainnet launch.
- Partner with the CEO and department leads to craft AI-first business plans that accelerate growth inside the autonomous economy.
- Build strategic relationships with AI providers, research labs, and industry players while championing our project at conferences and public events.
What you'll need
Five or more years in management roles within tech, including at least two years at an early-stage startup in AI or Web3. You bring a clear grasp of blockchain, AI, and digital-identity markets, plus a track record of scaling operations in fast-moving environments. Strategic thinking, crisp communication, and comfort with shifting priorities are essential. English fluency is required.
