Head of Product at Subspace Labs

You will join Subspace as Head of Product and help turn a layer-zero protocol into the foundation for a global digital identity and financial network that connects humans and AI. Our technology, originally funded by the US National Science Foundation and developed by Humaic Labs, powers an autonomous economy where both natural and artificial entities can trust, transact, and collaborate without intermediaries.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with the CEO and CTO to convert Subspace’s ambitious vision into a clear product strategy that matches market needs and technical realities.
• Own the product roadmap, balancing breakthrough innovation with practical delivery while using data, user feedback, and technical constraints to guide priorities.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and product managers, creating a culture that values experimentation, collaboration, and user-centric design.

What you'll bring

• Three to five years of product-management experience, including successful launches and lifecycle management in AI technologies and Web3 or blockchain environments.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain concepts, especially decentralized applications, smart contracts, and the specific opportunities and constraints of decentralized systems.
• Proven ability to lead product teams in fast-paced settings, mentoring colleagues and driving measurable performance and innovation.
• Strong focus on user experience, demonstrated through user research, feedback loops, and usability testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of making decisions grounded in data, market research, and user insights.
• Enthusiasm for applying AI to improve workflows and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Fluency in English.
