Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Senior ASO Specialist on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid, with the freedom to work from almost anywhere thanks to our WFA policy.
Your impact
- Build and run complete ASO strategies that lift our apps’ visibility, rankings, and conversion rates on both the App Store and Google Play.
- Lead keyword research, metadata refreshes, creative A/B tests, and performance deep-dives that turn insights into measurable growth.
- Partner with marketing and design teams to keep every store asset aligned with wider campaigns while staying ahead of algorithm shifts and competitor moves.
What you'll need
Hands-on experience running ASO or mobile-marketing campaigns, plus a solid grasp of how App Store and Google Play algorithms actually work. You’re comfortable with tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or Data.ai, and you know how to design and read A/B tests that improve icons, screenshots, and videos. Analytical skills with Looker, Firebase, App Store Connect, or Google Play Console are essential, and you understand how localization and mobile UI/UX choices affect discoverability. Clear communication and a collaborative streak round out the profile; SaaS-app experience is a welcome bonus.
