If you want to:

Lead a team of graphic designers and illustrators responsible for creating high-quality on-brand creative assets;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate their feedback and adjust deliverables based on business needs;

Use a data-driven approach to create high-quality visuals for banners, App Store, webpages, affiliates, and emails to meet the goals of various channels and different audiences;

Support direct reports in their growth, identify career opportunities, and plan the incoming tasks;

Keep all the produced assets on-brand and advocate the brand within the organization;

Initiate the creation of auto-layouts and components to make the quantifying part easier.

And you can check off:

Proven experience in digital design, creation of assets for banners, App Store, webpages, and emails;

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, understand business needs, and present creative ideas through clear, visually compelling concepts;

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, including leading the creative process, providing and receiving constructive feedback, managing tight deadlines, and making independent decisions;

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Bonus points if you:

Have experience working with AI visual generation.
