At Surfshark, our creative team defines the visual identity of our brand across a wide range of digital channels. We combine innovative concepts with data-backed insights to produce high-impact marketing visuals, and we are looking for a Graphic Design Team Lead to help guide our talented group of professionals in Lithuania.

Responsibilities

Direct a team of designers and illustrators to produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
Partner with cross-functional departments to integrate feedback and align deliverables with specific business objectives.
Apply a data-driven mindset to design visuals for web pages, app stores, email campaigns, and banners.
Mentor your direct reports by identifying career growth opportunities and managing task distribution.
Maintain strict brand consistency across all produced materials and serve as an internal brand advocate.
Streamline workflows by initiating the development of reusable components and auto-layouts.

Must-haves

Extensive experience in digital design, specifically for web, email, and app store assets.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present creative concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Proven leadership abilities, including the capacity to manage creative processes, provide constructive feedback, and handle tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Practical experience working with AI-powered visual generation tools.
