What is this role?

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that offers a flexible hybrid work environment. You will have the opportunity to work from anywhere, as we value the ability to contribute regardless of your physical location.

What will you do?

• Take charge of managing and expanding our existing affiliate networks and partner performance.
• Analyze partner data to generate actionable insights that drive optimization and growth.
• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new partners, including both established industry affiliates and those new to the space.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in marketing and a drive for results. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or business development.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• A sharp analytical mind with the ability to report on progress and make decisions based on data.
• A foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO and content marketing.
• Proven experience in successfully negotiating commercial terms.
• A growth-oriented mindset focused on achieving clear goals.

If you have experience with tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Yesware, that is a significant plus.
