The opportunity
We are looking for a Head of International Growth to join our team in Lithuania. In this lead role, you will be the driving force behind our global expansion efforts. You will work closely with our central marketing and product teams to define and execute strategies that resonate with users on a local level. Your work will directly influence our product success by unlocking new opportunities and ensuring our brand remains a trusted name in digital security across diverse regions.
A day in the life
- You will mentor and scale a team of Country Marketing Managers, ensuring that their daily efforts are perfectly aligned with our broader business objectives and local growth targets.
- You will identify and capture new growth opportunities by building strategic partnerships, collaborating with local influencers, and launching trust-building initiatives that expand our reach.
- You will experiment with innovative, locally relevant strategies that go beyond our existing channels to boost user acquisition and strengthen our business development efforts.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing leader with a proven history of scaling teams across international markets. You thrive in a data-driven environment and possess the analytical mindset necessary to make informed decisions. You have deep experience in B2C performance marketing, particularly within the digital or SaaS sectors. Because we operate globally, you must be fluent in English, and having proficiency in other languages is a significant plus. You also bring an established network that can help us forge new partnerships and access unique market opportunities.
