We are looking for a visionary AI Product Engineering Lead to guide our team as we push the boundaries of what is possible in software.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position focused on leading our AI engineering efforts. You will work in a hybrid capacity, joining our team in the San Francisco office to collaborate in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between research and production, ensuring our AI features remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

What you'll need
We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of engineering experience, including 4 years in a management role. You should have a deep technical background and a passion for LLMs, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can navigate complex full-stack projects while maintaining a sharp focus on product intuition and user needs. You must be comfortable engaging with research initiatives, communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and attracting top-tier talent to our growing team.
