As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Events and Field Marketing Manager to help us share our story and connect with our community in person and online.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, remote position at a mid-level experience stage. You will be a vital part of our demand generation team, focusing on creating awareness and driving interest in our product. Because our users love connecting with us in real life, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to the field and ensuring our events are impactful and memorable.
What will you do?
- Take charge of planning and executing a variety of events, ranging from industry conferences and hands-on labs to community meetups and hackathons.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead generation and pipeline growth, to ensure our events align with our broader business goals.
- Partner with our sales, product, and brand teams to create cohesive messaging and promotional materials that drive engagement before and after every event.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone who brings 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing or event management. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have a strong desire to drive new sales opportunities. To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- Proficiency with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Contentful.
- Exceptional communication skills and a sharp eye for detail when managing project plans and contracts.
- A proactive mindset toward digital marketing channels and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the data industry or working with SQL.
