About the Role
We are hiring our first Technical Marketing Engineer and Writer. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining a critical function within our company, bridging the gap between our engineering team and our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging 2-3 minute YouTube videos that explain our core product features, including our Virtual Private Cloud service, Control Plane, Data Plane, and network observability tools.
- Act as a technical writer to refine our documentation, ensuring our tutorials, quick start guides, and lab exercises are clear, professional, and easy for users to follow.
- Develop a Hedgehog virtual assistant by utilizing your technical content to train an open-source Large Language Model through Retrieval Augmented Generation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A strong background in network engineering.
- Proven experience in technical writing and content production.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, GitOps workflows, and LLM integration.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot for managing sales and marketing workflows.
- The ability to effectively demonstrate complex technology to prospective customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
