As a senior engineer, you will join us early in this journey to help define our technical direction and build features that fundamentally change how data professionals operate. What you'll be doing
- You will lead the development of new features from the initial concept phase through to a finished product.
- You will collaborate with our team to determine the best architecture and technology stack for our AI-enabled capabilities.
- You will ship high-impact product experiences that allow data scientists and analysts to work faster and more efficiently.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a senior-level engineer with a strong background in software engineering or machine learning. You should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in bringing AI and machine learning capabilities into production environments to serve real users.
- A solid understanding of MLOps and software architecture, with a preference for those who have strong infrastructure knowledge.
- Proficiency or a strong willingness to work in both Python and JavaScript.
- An experimentalist mindset that values quick iteration, critical thinking, and rapid progress.
- A passion for the data space and a commitment to maintaining a high bar for design, code correctness, and testing.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively within our team.
What you'll get
The salary range for this position is $176,400 to $220,000. In addition to your compensation, we provide the following benefits:
