Full Stack Developer at RainFocus

We help these organizations execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events through groundbreaking business intelligence that elevates attendee experiences and streamlines marketing results. We are well-funded and moving fast, and we are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our remote team within the United States.

Key outcomes

• Develop and maintain our core product suite with a primary focus on scalability, security, and usability.
• Partner with our Product Management and UX teams to design and build intuitive, client-facing experiences.
• Create and iterate on advanced prototypes that utilize LLMs, APIs, and retrieval pipelines.
• Execute full-stack feature development, ranging from database schema design and backend services to frontend components and real-time user interactions.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience working on full-stack codebases and solving complex user problems.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong expertise in backend systems within service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with Object-Oriented programming and design.
• Solid background in RDBMS, including advanced SQL and database design using tools like MySQL.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Experience working with AI agents, LLMs, or RAG architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience providing constructive peer code reviews.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Experience with the Spring Framework or Struts2 MVC.
• Proven ability to drive the development of new technical capabilities from the ground up.
• Experience integrating third-party systems via APIs.
• Prior experience serving in a team lead capacity.
