What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position requiring at least three years of professional experience, where you will take ownership of complex projects and help shape our technical strategy. You will work in a remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive our platform forward.
What will you do?
- Lead large, ambiguous projects from the initial design phase all the way through to production delivery and long-term maintenance.
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems while mentoring other engineers and raising the overall technical bar of the team.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve prototyping efficiency, and reduce time spent on boilerplate tasks.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in full stack engineering and experience working with distributed systems in cloud-native environments like AWS. We value candidates who are comfortable with system design and have a solid grasp of security principles. You should be a clear communicator in English, capable of writing technical documentation and leading design reviews. If you have experience with healthcare data standards or compliance frameworks, that is a plus.
