Role at a glance
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People and Culture team in Madrid. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for a student who is ready to dive into the world of recruitment. You will work alongside our recruiters and hiring managers to support our growth during this exciting phase of expansion.
Your impact
- Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Create engaging job descriptions and manage our presence across various hiring platforms.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure our ATS is always up to date with accurate data.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive learner with a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks effectively and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You must have an active university agreement for a minimum of 6 months.
- Full availability to work on-site in our Madrid office.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience or a Master’s degree in Human Resources is highly valued.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms is a significant plus.
