The role

We are looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Officer to join us for an internship. This senior-level position is fully remote and conducted in French. You will work alongside an experienced recruiter, gaining exposure to every stage of the hiring process while contributing to employer-branding initiatives that support our continued growth.

Core responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for one of our expert practices by using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and university partnerships, while testing new approaches to reach high-caliber candidates.
• Screen applications through phone interviews, evaluate profiles against our criteria, coordinate interview schedules, maintain accurate records in our tools, and ensure every candidate receives timely, constructive feedback.
• Support employer-branding projects by organizing campus events, strengthening school partnerships, proposing fresh ideas based on market feedback, and collaborating with HR and communications teams to increase Wavestone’s visibility on both digital and physical channels.

Skills and experience

We expect you to bring solid knowledge of human resources and recruitment practices, along with proven skills in LinkedIn sourcing, proactive candidate outreach, interview coordination, and employer-branding activities. Fluency in French is required, and you should be comfortable working independently while remaining a collaborative team member.
