About the Role
We are searching for an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving our revenue goals by leading a team focused on the manufacturing sector. You will play a pivotal role in our growth, helping us expand our footprint while mentoring a talented group of account executives to achieve consistent, high-level results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of experienced account executives to ensure they meet and exceed individual and company sales targets.
- Develop and optimize a repeatable, scalable sales process that allows for predictable forecasting and effective pipeline management.
- Drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion within a dedicated manufacturing-focused territory.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in high-growth environments and a passion for building high-performing teams.
- At least 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
- A proven track record as an individual contributor in enterprise sales, demonstrating your ability to close complex deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and refine scalable sales processes.
- Proficiency with modern sales technology, specifically Salesforce and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills and the emotional intelligence required to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
Location
This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the East or Central regions.
Compensation and Benefits
