The role

We are hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager on a full-time, remote basis. This senior-level position calls for a player-coach who can shape strategy and execute campaigns that reach technical security professionals worldwide.

Core responsibilities

• Design and run a full-funnel demand engine that moves prospects from first awareness through acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Build persona- and use-case-driven campaigns, including targeted programs for existing customers that increase adoption and generate upsell opportunities.
• Apply AI tools across segmentation, content creation, testing, nurture flows, and reporting to raise performance at every stage of the funnel.

Skills and experience

• Five or more years of demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience marketing to technical audiences such as CTI, SOC, and OSINT professionals.
• Proven success building full-funnel programs that improve lead generation as well as customer lifetime value.
• Deep, practical knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads Manager, GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $165,000 CAD, plus bonus and equity. Individual compensation will be set according to location, skills, experience, and education. We also provide remote work, paid time off, and stock options.
