What is this role?

We are seeking a Social & Distribution Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will take ownership of our global distribution and social media strategy, ensuring that our marketing efforts drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across our key markets.

What will you do?

• Manage our distribution engine for all company content, including executive thought leadership, webinars, product launches, and industry reports.
• Develop and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm for our founders and executives on LinkedIn and other professional channels.
• Transform long-form assets into high-quality, bite-sized distribution units like carousels, threads, and short clips to maximize the impact of our existing content.

You are a seasoned B2B SaaS distribution operator who understands how to use social media as a strategic channel for category narrative rather than just vanity metrics. You possess strong editorial judgment and the ability to ghostwrite for executives while maintaining an authentic voice. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with complex, technical subject matter and can distill dense information into sharp, simple assets. You should have a background in financial crime research and be fluent in English.
